How do I order?

As there are so many possible order permutations we decided not to make this site e-commerce. So to order browse the site noting the reference, size and colour and price of all the items you require. Our "add to favourite" option on each page should help you on this. Add up the cost, add on the delivery charges, then please add on the VAT which is 20% Don't worry if it all sounds a bit confusing: to help we have included an Ordering page, failing that just call us or email.

We produce exceptional quality bespoke packaging. We produce for major corporate clients and understand the importance of quality, elegance and prompt delivery to the end user. Our minimum order is only 50 and we can produce any size box that you require. In addition to this we offer a complete turnkey service including:

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have decided on the order we will discuss your delivery date. We generally need 10-14 days depending on size of order to produce your order, but this can vary at peak times so do please leave as much time as possible. Christmas ordering starts late August. If you have a tight delivery schedule we will do our utmost to meet your deadline but please do be realistic!

How do we pay for our order?

As all our boxes are made to order all orders must be paid for on placing the order. A pro forma is issued and payment can be made by Credit card by  phone, Cheque or Bank Transfer. A full VAT receipt is of course issued.

How Green are You?

To answer some the questions we have now included a green statement indicating the recyclable properties of our boxes and our methods. Just follow this link .

Samples - how do we get them?

We are happy to send out samples however we reserve the right to make a charge for this service. Please email or call to discuss your requirements.
